distortion in right eye

I am 54 years old and there is distortion of vision in my right eye.  Doctors diognised as stephyloma (macular degeneration due to high myopia.  Kindly let me know me know whether it is possible to regenerate the macula.  Kindly let me know whethere is any exercise/treatment available for dry type macular degeneration, since it is in the beginning stage (2 months)

No the macula cannot be regenerated. Yes there is treatment for dry ARMD. Use the search feature and archives, its been discussed at length and in great detail
