dizziness

My sister had corneal implants about 3 years ago at age 47. At first she experienced dizziness only in the morning but now it is so bad that she suffers of dizziness all day long and is afraid to drive. The doctors checked her out and said there is nothing wrong with her and they don't know the cause of the dizziness.She tried pretty everything including acupuncture but nothing seems to help. Is there a connection between her eye surgery and her dizziness?

No eye problems do not normally cause dizziness especially when surgery done so long ago. Likely she will need to see a neurologist and a ear/nose/throat MD.
