expectations

I completed lens replacement surgery for cataracts in both eyes two months ago and have not experienced the clarity of vision I was expecting.especially in the left eye.  The vision isn't blurry but consists of two images one slightly displaced upward and to the right.A single stripe in the highway diverges to become two distinct lines out about 100 yds. The right eye experiences this abnormality but not nearly as badly as the left eye. The left eye was supposedly "slit" to correct for astigmatism but I have no way of knowing if this is contributing to the double vision in the left eye.

It wearing glasses takes care of these problems then wear glasses. If glasses don't help get a second opinion from another surgeon.
