Dear Doctor,
When I was 18 years old my left eye exposed to camera flash which totally in my left eye,at first I couldn't see any thing for few minutes then vision improved on the right eye which is now so healthy,at the same time my left eye became smaller and so tired and I can't see the details of thing only the main title which written in very big letters also I can see the stars and all far away things but the close things detail seen only as black lines or spots and that all after that accident .Now I am 34 years old and all doctors I met told me that there will be no improvement in my vision with glasses and even laser correction or surgery, and I am suffering so much from this matter.
what shall I do and what is the possible solution for this problem.
Waiting for your prompt advice .
Your faithfully ,

You don't provide the diagnosis from the other doctors so it is impossible to be certain what is wrong with you.  It does sound as though your cone photoreceptors in the retina were damaged and your rod photoreceptors might still be functioning.

Vision loss persisting for such a long time is rarely treatable.
