i have had my upper eyelids sowllen more than a year. i have tried cold and warm compression but it doesnt' seem to be working  They are itchy too. it started first in my right eye and now i have in my both\ eyes.  first, i though it was an allergy and tired Visine A and cleartin, but didn't work. I have already seen three eye doctors and they prescribed me eye drops but nothing has worked so far.

Long term swelling indicates that you are in contact with some irritable substance or have some allergy.

If its not so noticeable you can continue lid cleaning using warm compress, if itching is severe applying fresh honey using bud on eye margin will help rather than going for corticosteroids which have many side effects.

I suggest you to stop using all eye drops & continue hygiene alone.
