eye allergy

My mom has this same problem around her eyes and sometimes around her neck.  She is 50 and this just started happening a year ago.  She has also had many tests and seen many doctors.  She takes allergy pills  and cream around the eye and the symptoms won't go away.

Please help...

She will have to help herself. Start be a medical eye exam by an ophthalmologist.

The best over the counter eye allergy drop in my opinion is Zaditor.
