When you say hypertension, I am assuming you are talking about vascular and not ocular hypertension, right?
There is a condition called hypertensive retinopathy that could possibly be a factor for you, but a diagnosis could only be made through an exam by an ophthalmologist.
Your symptoms could be related to many possible causes, so a visit to the doctor is going to be a good decision. Best of luck.
Hi first of all thanks for the comments, and yes i was talking vascular, and i already visit my doctor but he said i have not cataracts, but he don't tell much too, so because of that i'm asking to know what you think to transmit to my doctor as a possibility to consider.
Black spots could be caused by blood in front of the photoreceptors.
An OCT is necessary.
