eye flashes

hi im a 23 yr old female with 2 boys and for many years espically when im tired i see flashes in my vision and its quite annoying i have had many eye exams in the past but all have revealed nothing should i be concerned or is it a tired thing?? i also have floaters also for many years and havent worsen through the years and recenytly been tols im longsighted

im a very big diet coke drinker actually so i will look that up

Hi,I am Atul Rautela (21 years) from India.I just came to know through my research that a chemical known as aspartame(artificial sweetner) causes eye floaters,sparks in eyes.
So do u drink diet coke or go for diet foods having this chemical .If so please stop it.
             Do more research on this and please tell me also.Hope so I have provided u with good knowledge.
