eye floater changes shape?

I had retina tears 3 months ago and were treated by laser.  Recently I noticed the floaters in the right eye are changing.  There's one floater used to look like a small mosquito, now it looks like composed of group of small circles...the area it occupies is larger(doubled or tripped in size?).  Another area used be lots of small circles group together, not it seems they are ungrouping-streching out and occupies different places.  Are both changes normal?  Do I need to be concerned?  Thank you !

Yes these are normal changes. If no flashes, loss of peripheral vision, reduced vision, no pain or showers of floaters no problem.

Thank you for your information.  What kind of pain should be concerned?  I do have very occasional pain(on a scale of 2 out of 10) come and goes very quickly.  Have been having those ever since the operation.

vitreous tears, even retinal detachments are not painful.  Pain can follow laser treatment. You need to discuss that with the surgeon.

Floaters are quite troublesome. They change their shape over a period of time.

You can try taking intake of food rich in phosphorus. It helps to improve eyesight.
