eye movement feel slow

Hi!
i was diagnosed with vasovagal syncope, everyday i wake up fine, but in the moment i have breakfast my eyes become so slow and heavy when i look around, it gets worse with head movement, it makes me feel dizzy. i have taken my bp and it is not that low, it could be like 90/70 , is it possible that my eyes are not getting enough blood even when bp is not that low?

Yes, absolutely it is possible.  Talk to your primary care doctor about your symptoms and see an pphthalmologist as well.
