eye or neurological?

Hi, I took one dosage of doxycycline 100 mg twice a day. It gave me a really bad reaction, severe anxiety, agitation, depersonalization, etc... My doctor said those side effects are rare but not too uncommon with this genre of drugs. The thing is it has been a week since I've taken it and it appears my vision has gotten some effects of static, snowy, like tiny particles jumping around. I don't use any drugs. The last time I smoke marijuana was over 10 years ago due to side effects I had. I had an eye exam and was completely normal although my vision had gotten slightly worse.

Make sure your eye exam was performed by an eye MD/ophthalmologist.  If not, find one at www.aao.org and get it repeated.   If it was done by an ophthalmologist and all was normal and the symptoms don't decrease and go away over the next couple of weeks or if they worsen, consult with a neurologist or neuro-ophthalmologist.
