eye pressure constant low after silicon oil removal, an eye drop is currently being used for raising the pressure, but it has the certain allergy, what will be the possible treatment for the eye pressure raising?

my husband has been suffering with the retinal detachment since last 4 years, the left eye is specially serious and has been operated number of times, last year Sep. the silicon oil has been removed from the left eye, for the first two months, it was fine, after that, the eye was sufferred from the low pressure. he can not see the things clearly, then by chance we found an eye drop which can raise the eye pressure which is called Ibopamine 2%, after taking a few months, the eye presure is raised and at the same time his eye is suffering with the allergy, it is red and swelling. we are totally frastrated by the situation. presently the eye drop is still being used but the presure seems not so effective any longer. Does anyone have the better treatment or options for such problem? thanks for your help.

We do not have this drug in the U.S.  I Goggled it and it can raise intraocular pressure.  You will need to discuss other treatment possibilities with your doctor.
