If you sustained trauma your pupil may have been injured. Find an eye MD. Do not let the techs put drops in your eye till the Eye MD looks at the pupils.. Take in a good picture of your face that shows your pupil size taken before the concussion.Find one at www.aao.org

Depends on the nature of your injury. If the eye was directly hit the muscle that constricts the pupil often completely or partially tears leaving a bigger pupil on the injured side.

If you had head trauma there may be damage to the nerves that regulate the size of the pupil.
