eye problem

My daughter is four she has autism and for about 6 months her left eye has been turning in wards toward her nose she got a eye exam and we were told her vision is great but it keeps getting worse it happens more and stays like that longer and in pictures her left pupil is huge with red eye and the right is normal with no red eye i was told this might be a problem for a neurologist can anyone tell me what could be going on and how to help her?

This sounds like strabismus (eye muscle problem). Waiting isnot good option. Ask your pediatrician to refer her to a pediatric ophthalmologist or go to www.aao.org and find one near you.
