Thank you for replying, Dr.Doreen. I'm the same person who asked this question which you answered:

Ophthalmologists have checked my eyeball movement by asking me to focus on their finger which they moved around. They even lifted my upper and lower eyelids and checked to find nothing wrong.
I've been using Lacrigel and Tears plus for many months, but the strain is always there. Found another person with an almost similar problem: http://eyestrain.sabhlokcity.com/ and another person having the exact same problem as me, about no longer being able to wear the correct power spectacles and having to wear a lower power spectacles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzfAJKn8WVU
My brother is a doctor, and he's suggesting it may be something to do with the nerves. I'm scheduled for an MRI on Monday, but am not very hopeful. Could be a muscle imbalance like you said, because when I roll my eyes, my right eye is not as motile when rolling toward the top-right corner. Assuming you've already examined my eyes and found nothing wrong, what else could you suggest it could be? I'm suffering and it's affecting my job too. Really need help.
