eye strain

hi, my name is James. A while back I started playing a game called world of warcraft. I played all the time. I started having headaches, and my eyes would start hurting, but I kept playing. It began getting worse. It got so bad that after a while I could only play for about an hour at a time, then only 30 minutes. Then one night, my eyes were killing me, so I went to sleep. The next morning they felt fine. I work where I have to be on a computer, and after about 5 minutes, they began hurting very badly again. I went on vacation and was without a computer for a week, and in that time, I was fine, but 2 days after being back and being on a computer, they began hurting again! I don't wear glasses. How can I fix this?

You need to see an ophthalmologist Eye MD for an eye exam. Find one at www.aao.org  And you should find some more constructive things to do and spend less time playing video games
