I have noticed my 14 yr. old son recently have a twitch above his right eye. At times it seems to twitch often. It doesn't seem to bother him really, just aggravating. Does he need to get an eye exam or is it nothing to worry about?

eye lid twitching is typically nothing to worry about- it is technically called a
fasciculationMuscle twitching and is the result usually of things like stress, too much
caffeineCaffeine
Caffeine anhydrous
Caffeine citrate
Caffeine-acetaminophen
Caffeine-ergotamine, not enough sleep, etc. it can last weeks sometimes, but unless your son's
eyelidEyelid bump
Eyelid lift
Eyelid twitch is actually closing ( called blepharospasm ) then i would not worry about it. of course
