eye ulcers

In March I was diagnosed with severe dry eyes..and put on restasis which made my symptoms much worse....my symptoms were bright red sometimes watery eyes that were unbelievably light sensitive. Couldn't open my eyes or go outside. This lasted up until August when I seen a new opthamologist  who thought it to be an allergy. I was taken off all medications I'd been on and eventually my eyes got better. they have been better until today. I went for my yearly checkup with my eye doctor and my astigmatism...which has not changed in years....has drastically changed and the 'infiltrates' or 'ulcers' are back. I'm not sure what's going on and with how my problem has been treated....I've never gotten an answer..I'm seeking other opinions before I do something. My eyes are hurting lately but not the same pain as before. But I've noticed a drastic vision change very recently. Can anyone help me?

very difficult to tell without examining your eyes but you should be seeing a cornea specialist most likely.  That's an ophthalmologist/eye MD with fellowship training in corneal and conjunctival problems.  You can find a local one at www.aao.org on the patient information tab (search engine for eye MDs).  Good luck.
