eyelid blister

My eye felt irritated like it had something in it and when I pulled my top eyelid up there was a small clear blister.  I sanitized a needle and pricked the blister, a small amount of white substance came out and the blister disappeared.  Ever couple of days I check my eye to see if the blister has returned and I’ve had another one come up in a different spot.  There is no pain associated with these spots before and/or after I puncture them.  Should I be concerned? Should I see a doctor, if so what type of doctor?
