My Daughter was born with a kinda big pimple-color redish on her upper eyelid on the corner and She cannot close down all the way, I mean she can blink but she is not able to close all the way down when she sleeps, we have to put lubricant every hour to moisturize so it won't get dry and so far her doctor cannot tell us anything, she says that my daughter might need glass due to she is near sighted. glasses at 5 months old? Really! I really want to know what caused that?

It could be a cavernous hemangioma.  Find a oculoplastic or pediatric ophthalmologist.
