eyelids drooping, scaley and burning

hi i am a 20 year old female who in the last 2 and a half month has seen a total deteriation in the skin around my eyes. it started with my left eye slightly drooping and becoming puffy so one eye looked bigger than the other. the i noticed a dryness on my eyelids that caused my makeup to look scaley. however in the last month it has got much worse. the skin around my eyes has turned scaley and both eyelids have now drooped and hooded. the scaleyness/dryness has gotten so obvious that u can see it without makeup and my eyelids burn even though i have stopped wearing eyemake up. also my dark circles have gotten very bad, it actually looks as if aged about 10 years and its really gettin me down as i dont no wat is causing this. i eat a very good diet with lots of fruit and ve, i drink green tea and take vitamins for my skin. i havent started using any new products on my face either. my doctor doesnt seem to take me very serious and she cud only recommend e45 cream and a antihystimine which hasnt worked.
