eyes atimtism, hard contact lens inplant

i  had an eye injury, i had to have my  eyeball   sew up and schaddered lens picked out of my eye and a cateract removed because i had a peice of plastic fly up and hit me in the eye, i hae server astigmatism now, glasses want help me to see either, i have an inplant, i have got  a rgp lens,  i have had it 2 months i wear it  no more than 5 hours a day, it helps but still have trouble out of the corner,  i only wear it 5  days a week no more than 5 hours a day,, my  eye is hurting, and blurred vision,  my is blood red,   i went to the doctor, he said it is because of over use, not to wear it, and come back in a week, so does that mean the contactis damaging my cornea, or lens, and  i wont be able to wear it, and is there any more options if  i can not wear this contact, i wear it when i wrk a few hours, how can that be over use.

A PRK may be an option after stabilization of the cornea.  This could take a year or more from the initial injury.

i do not know what a prk is,  it has been 7 months since the injury, will this help with the shape of my eyeball, it is like  a football, i can only see the  big E on the eye chart, will i be able to ever ware this contact again. i have  it 7  weeks he saysi have overware  does that mean  my eye has lost the ability to ware a contact, thank u for aswering my questions i need  doctor like  you,
