eyes not working together

I woke up last Friday and my eyes were not working together. I went ahead and did my morning walk and ate my breakfast of oatmeal. I had to concentrate to work. My left cornea is irregular and has been for twenty tears. I have learned to work with the difference in eyes. This feels different. When I lay down on my pillow and watch TV, my eyes won't focus together. Even with my long distance glasses, The two images won't line up! I also notice when I bend down to look at the ground, as I raise up there is a spot where the same thing happens, and my vision between the two eyes won't work! It seems like there is something wrong in my neck. I went to the optometrist and he checked eye pressure (left11,right12), took pictures of my retinas- both looked great,looked inside my eyes, took pictures of my Corneas(left irregular- but not Kerataconus, right perfect.He gave me eye drops (Topramycin) that made my eyes worse, so he said to stop. I am really scared as this has made me full of anxiety! The only thing I did the day before this started was to go to my Chiropractor. He adjusted me as usual. I called him and he adjusted me again on Sat. night. Could this be caused by too much adjustments? I am scared this is something serious, as I saw the eye Dr. today and he said the eyes etc. looked ok. Does that mean it's in my Brain? Sorry this is so long. Any help would be appreciated! Hello, please read my horrors, as for yourself ( if your insurance permit's ) please see a neuro ophthalmologist,  it may or may not help, I'm 46y/o and have come to the conclusion ( after seeing many docs ) that I can not be helped so I help myself, it's not the end of the world BUT be on top of this issue.    Good luck to you.

It might not be it but .. my cousin had something similar one eye would not follow the other eye and the mixed vision got wacky, ran a  whole batch of tests even brain scan and in his case it was lack vitamin E I think , they gave him daily shots of that for 10 days or so and after a while his eyes work/move together
