eyes running

Hi,

I got a cold at the beginning of October, and while I'm mostly recovered, I think, my eye - especially the right one - simply won't stop running.  I wake up in the morning with my eyelashes stuck together, and my eyelid is rather red and swollen.  Both eyes are rather sore and burning...  (like there's something in them?)  Anyway, does anyone have any idea what I could do about it?  Should I see the doctor?  I don't want to bother him if there is something easy to do.

Yes you need it checked. Ideally by an Eye MD ophthalmologist. Find one near you at www.aao.org   call tomorrow and ask for a 'work in" exam.
