fever

my brother is 9 and he has a lazy eye.he has surgery scheduled in a few weeks., is his lazy eye he cause of his fever?

Lazy eye is not a very good term. Sometimes it is used to mean a droopy eyelid (ptosis), sometimes an eye that turns out on occassion (exotropia) and sometimes for amblyopia or an eye that does not see normally.  I can't be sure what your brother is having surgery for but NONE of these are due to fever.
