flashing

Recently i had to episodes of flashing in the outer part of my left eye.  I went and had it check and he said it was a migraine without the pain. I laughed it was so ridiculous. It only last for 2-5 minutes and it gone.  I do have feelings or light pain behind my left eye, top of my right eye lid, and around the forehead. Today I experience mild numbness on the left side of my face and only lasted a few minutes. Any one have an ideas what up?

You need to see a neuro-ophthalmologist and a neurologist. Migraine could account for your symptoms but so could disease of the heart, brain, blood vessels and some diseases in the eye.

Please take these symptoms seriously.

Did you have this checked by an MD? It could also be a TIA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transient_ischemic_attack). Contact your primary care or GP physcian would be my recommendation.
