flating black spots and transparent spots

flating black spots and transparent spots

I am a 55 year old male.  i'm in good shape (physically) in terms of lifting weights and jogging.  Recently, i have notice a substantial increase in the number of "floating" black spots that are much more noticable in the bright sunlight. However, i also recently noticed transparent spots/bubbles that also float around... when i focuse on the spots, the spots appear to move from left to right.....

I've seen black "floater' black spots throughout my entire life.  However, just recently I noticed there a many of these floaters..

Please help.  I'm currently in Iraq and it's a bit of a remote location so medical care may be a bit limited..

Can you help me - Please..

Much Appreciate your help

Best Regards,

John

It would be unlikely that if you have equal increase in both eyes that this is due to bleeding in eyes or retinal detachments.

I suggest you use the search and archives to read more about floaters.

If you have flashes of light or a personal or family history of retina detachment I would see the care of an ophthalmologist. If not then careful observation for change might suffice
