floaters after using muro 128

im 37 years old i never had eye floaters that bothered me. 3 weeks ago i was told to use muro 128 hypertonic sodium cloride 5% because of a eye abrashion. about two weeks ago i woke up and had alot of floaters in my eyes .i seen the eye specilest and he said the floaters are common, and my eyes are fine "no other reasons , so tell me why do i suddenly have floaters now after using muro 128 suddenly after 37 years of living ?   and i stoped using them .will the floaters clear up?  is ithis an adverse reaction?
