fluid behind my eye

I woke up about a month ago, and I could not see much out of my right eye. I went in to see my optometrist and she said I had fluid behind my eye. she said it would go away in 1 week to 3 months. I have always had 15/20 vision. Now my right eye is 40/20.
She called it "central serur corrial retronal" or something like that.
Has anyone else ever experience this?

If you have central serous retinopathy you should have been referred to an Eye MD ophthalmologist ideally a retina specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment. If you were not referred the optom did not meet their duty to you.

Find an Eye MD retina ophthalmologist near you and get in ASAP. Over the phone tell them what your diagnosis is.  Go to www.aao.org
