fluid in the retina

I do not have macular degeneration. I had surgery in June 2010 for a retinal membrane or macular pucker. The membrane was taken off, but my eye sight did not improve. In September it was discovered that I have fluid leaking from vessels into the retina. I put steroid drops in for a month, then had a kenalog treatment in Octber. This did not work either. In November I had an Avitstan shot in the eyeball and  was told if this did not work, there was nothing else that can be done. Unfortunately, this shot has not helped at all. Do I have other options? I have not given up hope yet!, but can no longer drive at night due to large halos around all lights. Please respond. Thank you! Bucky231

Consider an Ozurdex implant.  It can be done in the office.

After reading about the Ozurdex implant, it looks to me like it is only a temporary fix, and that after 3 months I would need another one if the first one worked. Is this true and how many shots(implants) can a person have? Thank you! Bucky231
