focus problem

Well i had this problem since, I don't know, last year? I actually can't remember.

Anyway my eye has this tendency to suddenly unfocus, like while I'm watching TV, or even just talking to someone. Then aside from that, I can't focus it back, but it doesn't hurt. Like I have to wait for maybe 15 seconds for my eyes to focus again by itself. This happens erratically. Sometimes just once a week, then everyday. And it can happen plenty of times in one day, too.

I try to ignore it but sometimes it's really annoying. I tried to search for this problem but all I'm getting is astigmatism, near- and far-sightedness. I don't think it's any of these and I have about 20-40 vision.
