fuzzy vision please help

Hi I went to the optitions and they said my eye sight was fine however she noticed I had sensitivity to my peripheral vision and asked me to take a letter to my GP which i have done and i am booked in to see a specalist on monday.

What i would like to no is!!!!
What effcts to my eyesight could sensitivity to my peripheral vision cause me because for about four weeks now my vision has not been right.
its very hard to explain but it seems like things are moving slightly and i have to really concentrate on looking at things.
I dont think things appear brighter than normal but i have noticed when i wear  sun glasses it dont seem as bad.
I get sharp pains around both temples and sharp pains over the whole of the head.

I have been diagnosed with anxiety however these symptoms are there all the time and are my only two symptoms!!!!!

might sound daft but could it be a brain tumour?????? if it was a brain tumour would i feel unwell and have other symptoms????? OR COULD I HAVE ONE AND STILL CARRY ON AS NORMAL???????

Please can someone give me advice.

You are honestly getting too far ahead of yourself with worries about a brain tumor.  I think it is reasonable to get a second opinion with a specialist and an automated visual field test sounds like a good idea.  I don't have a clear idea what your complaint is but gather you are having some pain around the eyes and head and some blurred vision.  I think your mind will hopefully be put at some ease after seeing the ophthalmologist.  Make sure to make that appointment as soon as possible.
