you've misheard or mistyped your cd ratios. you wrote "in one eye be 4.45 and other 5... " the normal cd ratio is expressed as a number between 0 and 1. so maybe you meant .4 in one eye and .5 in the other? if that's what you meant than that's not a big difference between the two and since the ophthalmologist said everything was fine I'd stick to going to visit the ophthalmologist every year.
The puff tests are not very helpful or reliable.
The ability of even trained ophthalmologists to estimate cup to disk ration is closer to = or - .1 It is NOT close to the .05 you are quoting. This both inter observer and intra-observer.
Genrerally good advise is to see an ophthalmologist annually.

would this be picked up in a normal routine eye exam and how are they measured can measurment be slightly different from one optholmologist to another ? so sizes above is suspicious optometrist thought so and referd me, optholmologist didnt mention until i asked said slight different but rim looks healthy.pressure was 21 in both. the puff test with optometrist varied from 27 to 24(average).optometrist said wold be put on drops but optholmologit said everything looks fine and just to check eyes every 1 to 2 years
Yes they do often differ slightly in size however variations of more than .2 between eyes is suspicious of glaucoma
