grey spots in white of the eyes

I have a three years old son whose eyes in the white part has greyish spots.  Is that something big to worry about or can it be fix?

Well first of all it cannot be fixed and I supect that it may be due to some normal thinning of the sclera just behind the lateral and medial rectus muscle insertion.  Actually it is a very common question.  Since I really cannot know exactly what you are describing, it is very important for him to see a pediatric ophthalmologist to see exactly what is going on.
