This is what your glasses RX should look like

RE (OD) 0.00 Sphere -0.50 cylinder  axis 175
LE  (OS) -1.25 Sphere 0.00 cylinder axis 00

That is not a rare RX. Without wearing your glasses your eyes cannot focus at the same distance and the LE likely has quite blurred distance vision. Most people wear this type of RX all the time not just at near.

oh so i have to start wearing it everyday that doctor just told me to wear it when focusing on stuff although when i wear it and i took a pic my eye still left eye still drift upward will the glasses solve it with time? is there any correction to that the LE -1.25 SHP it really bothers me
do u think i need a surgery?
You are asking about different things. The glasses RX is to make you see better and likely not have any effect on whether your eyes are straight. If your eyes are not straight (that is called squint or strabismus) then you definitely need to wear the glasses all the time as clearer vision can sometimes help keep the eye straight. If they are not straight with and without the glasses then you need to see an eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in strabismus problems. I will be answering questions only on this thread and not the others you posted.
thanks dr actually my eyes are straight but the LE is abit bigger than the other so when i look at words to read or watch TV and see the subtitle the LE tends to go upward but same with my RE in a lesser degree which makes it abit of squint thats what i know but when i told the doctor about squinting he said no theres no such thing
is there any type of surgery u advise me to do?
Since the LE is myopic it is actually bigger than the RE. No surgery is not needed.
thank you for your help
Double negative sorry. Surgery is not needed  You are welcome
