head feels like a sloshing bowling ball

For three days, my head has felt full. Yesterday, if I dared to move, it felt like inside my head was sloshing around. It hurts something awful. Today, the sloshing stopped, but my head is still full feeling. I don't have allergies. Can you help? What can I take to clear this up?

Gee, that doesn't sound like an eye problem.  You don't mention where your pain is, but did you intend to post somewhere else, like maybe over on the ear/sinus board, where people do describe 'sloshing' feelings in their heads?

It's quite possible that you have developed allergies, but other ear and sinus problems can produce that sloshing feeling, to say nothing of pain in various parts of the face and head, and behind the eyes.
