hello =)

hi. im 19 years old. and for the past three years i have been getting this bright light in my eyes. it last from 15 minutes to half an hour and after that i get a really bad headache. which is the most painful part. i used to get them once like once a month or less. but recently i have been getting them daily. i use glasses to see from far and for reading. but, i dont wear them all the time. they told me its because i dont use my glasses but when i used to wear them all day it still happened. can you please let me know what that is and why it keeps happening?? or what i could do to make it better???

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD. It does sound as if you might have an ophthalmic migraine and you might need treatment.
