help everythings wavy and im getting dizzy

help im 16 and latley i have been seeing black floaters and sometimes i feel like im going to faint for a few seconds and everything goes blurry and strange then for several weeks now when im at school everyhting goes wavy i can still see perfectly cleary but there is like a ripple effect going on it like if your on drugs but im not please help.

Please see an ophthalmologist (eye MD) right away.  You may have a retinal detachment or other retinal problem.
