hereditary dark cirlces

i suffer from hereditary dark circles, they cause me alot of problems,  i wake up every morning, they give me a burning sensation, and feel so stiff, and really dry, and when i put on concealer the burning sensation sometimes gets worse, its like the concealer melts into my eyes.  i suffer from asthma and sneeze quite fequently all year round, mildly in summer, i cough up phlegm, my sneezes release liquid fluids. plz help. i dnt know what allergies i have but i think i mmight suffer from some. recently i had restylane treatment injected into my eyes to lift the hollowness and evan that was not as effective as i thought it would be, any solutions would be greatly appreaciated.  the surgeon told me restlane will lift the hollowness but wont lighten the dark cirlces as the pigmentation has darkened over time due to a black muscle in my eye.
