heredo macular degeneration

i am 24, indian, i am suffering from heredo macular degeneration from age of 10.i have this problem in both the eyes.is there any solution to this disease? is the vision going to decline with time? kindly answer me...

sir. actually their diagnosis was HEREDO MACULAR DEGENERATION and the results were R.E 20/506 and L.E 20/400...
