high cholesterol with cicartrix

i have an eye problem i need an corneal tattoo for it.. is there any doctor here in queens or manhattan performs that procedure? pls let me know.. thanks!

I don't personally know any but I would look for an Ophthalmologist (EyeMD) that specializes in corneal surgery. Any of the fine medical schools in your area will likely have such a physician.
