high myopic macular degeneration

Doctor, I have a serious problem in my left eyes. I couldn't see objects clearly now. all seems bigger and also blurred. If I use it for reading SMS I suddenly got headache. the minus size of my left eyes is 18,5. I already have drunk some vitamins such lutein, bilberry, vit B6, vit B12, Zeaxanthin,beta carotene. but still useless. could you give me some medical informations about the suitable drug/medicine/treatment for me? thank you for your help.
