Histoplasmosis
Histoplasmosis, disseminated in hiv patient choridrentinitis? I 've been told the most
commonCommon cold type affects the periphery of the eye, but this is located in the center and has severly affected the vision of my 13 year old daughter. Will her vision improve with steroids or is the damage permanent??
Thanks!

It is not an uncommon condition and tends to affect those who live along the Mississippi River valley. If it only affects the
retinalFluorescein angiography
Retinal artery occlusion
Retinal detachment
Retinal detachment repair
Retinal dye injection periphery, many people may not notice this and could go undetected until they present for a
routineRoutine sputum culture exam. Unfortunately, your daughter has been affected in a critical area. She certainly should be seeing an experienced retina specialist. She may be a candidate for laser or surgical removal of the blood vessel growth. Steroid therapy may or may not work. Sometimes there is spontaneous improvement. Good luck
