hurting in corner of right eye next to nose

by par4, Jun 30, 2009 03:24PM
I had excess skin removed on 2 different occassions from my eyes. Since the last operation, I have been having dry eye & hurting after watching TV or working on my computer for a lenght of time. I am using Systane & Refresh tears to try to eliminate the hurting & dryness. It works for a little while , then it comes back when I resume watching tv or my computer. What can be done to correct this. Thanks

Dear par4,

I would recommend that you begin an ointment at bedtime as well as drops during the day.  I would also recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to determine the cause and possible treatments for your dryness.
