i am going for catract surgery with in coming 3 months

problem is confussion ----i an in india-- have accedental catract problem -- DR dignose rosette catract - i have NO finacial problem -- i want to ask best treatment any where in world-- please help me to search ?
  i have ask you before for what lens i sholud go for , you not reccomend for restore lens ,sir can i ask you why?
   then what lens type and of which best lens company i should go for ,please advice me.
