i got new glasses and there blurry

i got new glasses 3 days ago and my right lense seems to be to weak and my left lense is way to strong its like extremely wide like i look at a squared tv and i put the glasses on and now its widescreen i coulnt make an appointment to see an eye doctor until about a week will i damage my vision wearing these glasses just for a week until i get them checked out?

No.  You may get a headache if they are not made correctly or did not take the difference between your two eyes into account, but you will not damage your eyes by wearing them.  Have them recheck and make sure they got your perscription correct and that they made them correctly off the refraction.
