implanted lenses not acceptable..now what?

couple of years ago had cataracts removed, restor lenses implanted in both eyes, never 100% satisfied with results. Biggest issue is driving after dark,my vision is just plain terrible...can only see "right in front of my car",distance is just Bright lights with sparks in circles around any light source. Tried 'yellow' tinted lenses with no luck.
Recently day or night things become a blur, little black 'dots' float across my vision field. one eye really driving me crazy with scratching sensation in it.
My frustration level is VERY HIGH and all I have ever gotten from the dr. is another RX for drops..dry eyes..one that was suppose to make pupil contract and other solutions that have NOT been the solution.
HELP...can I have these taken out and 'different permanent lenses put in? Would Ins. pay to correct it? Ins. paid the dr. first time but NOT for the lenses.
I just don't know what to do or how to find the answer. Is it dangerous to have these lenses removed after a couple of years of being in?
Is there a "superior" choice for these lenses? Would glasses with NO RX..but with newest coating for glare be of help?
Who is the VERY BEST Eye doctor in the Houston,Texas area?
Do these Restor lenses 'cloud-up' and have to be scraped to remove cloudiness?
HELP needed very soon ...like today I have to change employment and need this fixed immediately.
I love not wearing Contacts...the in and out of it all'...but I certainly do not have acceptable vision at this time and I have to fix it or I will not be able to do what else I need to do...like find employment.

Use the search feature and archives to read about all the problems with ReSTor IOLS and "multifocal IOLS'

The 'OLD" Restor (they just came out with a new improved version) had a fair number of problems including "vasolene vision".
