in need of a very specific surgery

Due to my secondary glaucoma, I have developed a strabismus for the past 8 years. My alignment can be corrected with a horizontal intraocular prism lens. My doctor and I have been looking for someone who knows of this research or any other possible procedures that could possibly help, please let me know. Thank you so much for any help!

I believe you mean horizontal extraocular prisms. These are prisms built into glasses and are not in the eye (-intraocula).

You need to see a strabismus specialist these are usually called Pediatric ophthalmologists because most strabismus is in kids.

You can find one at www.aao.org.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I am working with someone at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston TX with my strabismus. Due to my special circumstances because I was not born with this, I need to find someone with the ability to implant the lens ontop of my eye and not into glasses. If you know of any specialists in this research, I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in their directions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are working with Texas Children's Hospital they will have the expertise to put you in touch with anyone doing that type of work. Personally I have not read about it.
