inner corner of eyelid feels bruised and is red

About two weeks ago I noticed that my left eyelid was a little sensitive.  When I touched it, it felt kind of like a bruise.  I thought it was my eye at first but now whenever I blink it hurts right in the inner corner (where it felt bruised earlier).  I lifted up my eyelid and it looks like a blood vessel or something busted.  And now when I touch it, I can feel something.  I don't know if it's a bump or what.  The actual eye does not hurt, and I do not have any problems seeing.  

Basically, I need to know if this is something really serious or if it's something that will go away on it's own?  I don't have health insurance and I don't have a job right now, so going to the eye doctor is not exactly possible.

There are a number of possible diagnoses and without an eye examination, one cannot make a diagnosis nor determine its seriousness.  Some eyelid lesions such as chalazion, or clogged oil glands, or hordeolum, infections, may resolve over time with treatment while others, may not and require surgical intervention.

I googled those lesions and I don't think it's any of those.  This isn't visible unless I pull up my eyelid and it's not getting bigger.  It's two little bumps that I can feel underneath my eyelid.  Is it possible for a vein to bust from rubbing your eye a lot?
