intermittent accomodative esotropia success?

intermittent accomodative esotropia success?

Quick history-my daughter 3.5 yrs had her right eye turning in when she was really sick. Not everyday...only when she was sick.My PO diagonised it as accomodative esotropia. He gave us the option of glasses with Rx +1.5 both right & left or try patching for a couple of months.we chose to patch for 2hrd left & 1hr right eye.

Can this be corrected without glasses?

I 've not seen her eyes turning in after we 'd been into patching. Does that mean the patching is workin out for her?

How long should we try this patching.? we'd been patching for 2 months now.
